Pof not working

So tried a password reset and never get an email. Although POF is free, I paid the extra money so I could see who read my emails, as well as other benefits. The first week when i requested a link it did nothing. Same here — have not been able to log in — seems like the past month. Same problems as everyone else. I used 4 different emails that I gave not used and it said they were all taken. Please note that your country, service provider and browser information will be displayed next to your comment to better analyze a possible outage. No emails to reset password after loads of attempts!! I stripped my account as much as I could as I assumed this site was getting ready to shut down or go to a paysite like the rest. You will never be able to log into that account again. POF keeps logging me out and saying my password is incorrect. And when I come off the app and go back on it asks for password and guess what not recognised again.

Anyone else having this issue? US user still has no access via the app or desktop. I created an account just last night and went to log on today and it says my username or password are incorrect. I agree it would be nice for a notification via email or when logging into the app stating that the servers are down and POF is experiencing technical issues at the moment that the technicians are working to resolve the issues as soon as possible. There was nothing inappropriate on my profile. The requested URL was rejected. Just created a new account because I had similar issues with an older account as everyone else seems to be having , filled out the assessments, profile jargon.. So, I am not pleased. Last night logged in to my account to make changes to my profile. I continue to receive notifications from POF saying I have new matches, however unable to log in. Was working fine last night and it shows that I have messages. USA…… Annoying. A total of votes cast and users reviewed the website. Report abuse. I spent hours registering, to be not allowed to log in with the password I created.

Tried to log in on the IOS app and say my credentials are incorrect try again changed password and same thing. Its been down for days. Same issues as I am reading with others here. I ended up emailing them Rachel at csr pof. Cannot log on to pof or Tinder and this has been going on now for two weeks, what is going on??? This reply will now display in the answers section. I have been able to login sometimes so no they have not delete or banned me. I hope it is fixed soon. I keep getting an error message when trying to log in error — got I then emailed them to see what was going on and have never heard back from them at all and that email was sent 3 days ago. But when it comes to going to the next page to view your messages etrc.. When is this going to be fixed?

I seem to have been hacked. Try opening www. I am currently trying to log into the site to find singles and my computer is having problems getting onto the site without it taking me back to the login page; this is my problem. Perhaps a server went down? Also, the ID number is not the same each time. No email provided to reset password either!?? Asked for password reminder and contacted CSR pof. Today is day 2 and still cannot log in through app. I live in California. Utah to be more specific. BUT I am still getting the emails that people have messaged me?? Unable to delete reply. So tired of POF not able to send me an email so I can reset my password. I cannot log in to my account.

The only responses I got when I was allowed to stay on, were from obvious scammers. Internet explorer does the same thing as the app and chrome for me. Exactly the same happening with me too. Even tried to reset with new password but link never sent to my email. I am not able to recieve an email for reset either. On my laptop and iPhone using chrome and Firefox. We have tried pinging POF - Plenty of Fish website using our server and the website returned the above results. Category Social Networking. Cancel OK. So is the app not connecting to data or wifi? At that point it recognised my original username and password so i proceeded and once i saved all my info again, same issue within seconds. Asked for link to be sent to my email, no link.

UK based. Then i found out this article… Philippines. I paid for 6-months. Have tried to re-create my profile, cannot do anything nothing is working at all. POF wont load again in Australia. Signed up today, sent verification code, all was going well but cant log back in. I entered my email to receive a reset and the reset email has not arrived. Also rebooted phone several times to no avail…. I left POF in because of the same reason. But yet it tells my information is invalid and sends me to a reset page but I never get the email.
